From CBRE's experience in marketing and selling luxury homes, we have found that consumers have a high demand for single-family homes in northern Bangkok. However, there are very few projects launched for sale compared to other residential areas, as most land has been developed for commercial use or government facilities. Particularly, this year, the only luxury project launched is Hyde Park Garden Vibhavadi, which stands out in terms of home design to meet the demand for luxury homes in this area, offering both modern beauty and excellent space utilization, with a focus on every area being well-balanced.
