Koon Estate Co., Ltd. (Koon Estate) and Asia International School Limited (AISL), the management of Harrow International School in the Asia region, have opened the show home for the ‘Hyde Park Garden Vibhavadi’ project, a super-luxury single-family home adjacent to Harrow International School Bangkok, with a project value exceeding 6.5 billion baht. Mr. Natthawat Kuwijitsuwan, Executive Director of Koon Estate Co., Ltd., revealed that after launching the Hyde Park Garden Vibhavadi project, a super-luxury single-family home developed in collaboration with Asia International School Limited (AISL), which manages 10 Harrow International Schools in Asia, the response has been very positive, especially from Thai families with children attending Harrow International School Bangkok, accounting for 90%. The project's highlight is its location adjacent to the school, with a pedestrian walkway connecting directly to the school without crossing major roads. Currently, the first phase has achieved 50% reservations, totaling 32 units valued at over 1.4 billion baht. Particularly in the northern Bangkok area, there was an 81% increase in new project launches in the first half of the year compared to the entire year of 2022.”
For the northern Bangkok area, especially the Vibhavadi-Rangsit/Don Mueang area, it is considered a location with great potential and significance due to its well-developed infrastructure, including road transport, subway, and proximity to airports, particularly Don Mueang Airport, which has plans for a third-phase expansion. From CBRE's experience in marketing and selling luxury homes, we have found that consumers have a high demand for single-family homes in northern Bangkok. However, there are very few projects launched for sale compared to other residential areas, as most land has been developed for commercial use or government facilities. Particularly, this year, the only luxury project launched is Hyde Park Garden Vibhavadi, which stands out in terms of home design to meet the demand for luxury homes in this area, offering both modern beauty and excellent space utilization, with a focus on every area being well-balanced.
